Explaining delays

Hi all! I really wished I wouldn’t have to make a post like this for you all so soon, especially since I launched on patreon just about 2 months ago. But as I’m sure a lot of you have found, I am running behind on the expansion gauntlet images for both May (which is now overdue) and this month. And rather than just leave you all in the dark, I would like to quickly say why this has been the case.

For one, I’m focusing on spending the summer doing what I can before we go back to normal. This isn’t a bad thing of course, but I means I wanna do stuff like spend time with home friends, enjoy my home before I head back to college and what not. So for that reason, morphing isn’t on my mind as much as it maybe would be otherwise.

Secondly, as I explained on deviant art, I am on a family vacation right now till about Wednesday of next week. My cousin has a wedding I need to attend, which also coencides with my 21st birthday TOMORROW! So as some of you would expect, I’m taking the time to enjoy and celebrate all this as well.

Thirdly, and the big one at that: I’m just working on other project types. I have a secret project that I am currently in the thick of creating, but I’m affraid I can’t say anything until it’s done (and I’m not sure I wanna do that yet either). But more than that, I’m renovating my home basement for my family AND I’m working on and off with companies like instacart and doordash in the states to earn some extra cash. Couple this with my eBay store where I’m selling my old stuff, and I’m quite a busy man all things considered. So, that all relates to my delay.

At the end of the day I hate myself a lot for delaying the morphs over and over again, it’s one bad habit I have when I need to make something in a deadline (hence why morphs and free form projects are easier than homework assignments for school). However even with that being said, I think you guys can understand where I’m coming from. I love morphing and earning a bit of extra cash from you all…but at the end I’d the day this isn’t my full time job. Could be in the future, but it isn’t one now.

Either way, I hope you guys are ok with this! I will be making another post later tomorrow with my discord info so you guys can talk with me (seeing as how patreon and deviantart messager just frankly…suck lol). Anyway, I’m tired and I have a really large day tomorrow. Thank you all for the support so far!
