2021-12-06 19:25:24 +0000 UTCI highly recommend that you talk to an investor to help you make that shared space dream a reality much sooner than the 0.5 - 0.01% in annual gain that a regular savings account will give you! Average market gain is ~8 percent in the last 30 years, and ~12 percent in the last 10. There's some low risk/low reward options such as ETFs if you're risk averse like I am. That's pretty noble what you plan to do, though, and I hope you achieve it regardless!
