Quick question... 

Would you like more uninterrupted workouts nude top tiers and bikini 10 tier where I just sweat with you and workout?  One member just mentioned.

''I just saw the kettle bell foundations also on tier 10. I really appreciate those workouts where you worked up a good sweat*! I sweat alot when I'm in my rhythm of workout. I love the nude feeling while sweaty.  I'd maybe like to comment/request more of those;) even if you'd like to take a break from teaching/instructing just to do your uninterrupted workout for us to follow along to and GET SWEATY too;)''...

What workouts would you like if you have anything in specific you want to focus or work on?

Having feedback is so important to me. I am here to create magic for you all and what you desire. However so many come and go without sharing how I can help them and say it did not meet their needs.  

If you want to have a place that has what you are looking for then please do not forget suggestions are the key to create this community together. If you do not ask or suggest I will never know. 

I am a girl creating with heart and soul for you all and want to make this so you have a place to come that brings you better tomorrows.

You are truly generous in your goal to help us where we need it most. The beauty of your working outs whether clothed or nude is in the detailed instruction and advice to help us get the very most out of your suggestions for exercises. You show exercises, some of which I have never considered, adding such an archive of possible combinations. If we take just one of your suggested exercises and make a habit of it, we will grow and improve our fitness considerably. Though I believe you have probably covered every muscle in the body, targeting each from a different direction is what you do best. I better stop typing and let you read other comments. Ha Ha.

I truly love the insight and reminders to be aware of my body. When you are happy sharing what you choose to feel.... Dancing or sweating,.... you help guide me to be better.

I, too, love to see the sweat glistening over your exquisite physique and accentuating your gorgeous muscle definition, especially your beautiful six pack. I’m sure just stepping out into that hot and humid Bangkok weather, for a walk, will take care of the perspiration quite quickly. I would love to see you running again. Maybe a short treadmill clip? And thank you so much for being so engaging with us! 🙏🏻❤️

Good question and thanks for asking Rhy. I enjoy watching you work out while dressed because your technique and instruction are excellent but … I am absolutely captivated when you workout or do yoga naked. It’s a pleasure to see your muscles in action and to see how free and comfortable you are in your own skin. I noticed that I watch your naked workouts immediately and completely. While naked … I see you as classic art … a living sculpture of a Greek goddess … in motion … totally free, natural … and in her element. I hope that helps. (P.S. - It’s nice to see you sweating while working out but I tend to be distracted with concern about your foot traction and possible injury if and when you are off your mat.)

I’ve always enjoyed seeing you workout to the point of your naked body getting covered with sweat. The way it defines your muscles and shows your exertions is simultaneously arousing and inspiring. I also enjoy hearing how your workout makes you have to breathe deeply. As it shows how you work through it and keep pushing hard

I will love to also see more sweating workouts. I enjoy your yoga too Anything that makes us move our body. You can do them dressed up or in bikini or as you prefer. I will always be naked to follow your workouts I use less laundry detergent if I work out naturally Hugs JD
