UmaTL August update

I decided (a little too late) to shelf any code changes for the moment and focus on just getting some translations out. The changes will find their way in later! Valentine event should have the final chapter done tomorrow probably, and then be out after proofreading.
The poll wasn't very conclusive, but 3/4 of those are found in the mdb so that's where I'll start. Skill & error descriptions should find their way in quickly, followed probably by Tazuna as she says some potentially useful stuff. I'll be finishing Ines' story as it's close to done and with some time hopefully left over, start on card stories.
