TheDuchy goes Multi-lingual

A while ago I asked whether we should look in to going multi-lingual. The vote was split between "don't bother, English is so common as a first or second language it shouldn't be necessary" and "it would definitely be helpful, but Google Translate is not good enough; translations need to be done by native speakers"
So after a bunch of research (thanks Kaysea!), some testing and some planning, we are now able to offer site-wide translations.

TL;DR:
- We are doing translations in two rounds so that we can immediately offer the benefit site-wide, but will get better and better over time.
- Round 1 (available now) is being done by DeepL (which testers tell me is much better than Google Translate)
- Round 2 (just now beginning) will be done by native speakers to correct the inevitable strangeness of Machine Learning translations. To this end, we are recruiting native speakers of Arabic, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish. If you are interested in helping, send me a private message to discuss!
