Bamboo Bondage - Attaching

I thought this was going to be an easy tutorial to build, but there are so many ways to do this, I ended up with a tutorial that includes 14 different techniques and including over 200 pictures. Oof.
This is the next in a series of several posts on incorporating bamboo (sticks, poles, whatever..) into your bondage scenes:
