Flogger Forge is now fully live! ... Hopefully this will be a big help to those of us that are still stuck at home!
This has been a **busy** month and there is a lot of new material!
Statistics:
Doing a little back-of-the-envelope calculations on all the reasonable combinations and variations, you could create over 2700 different unique flogger designs with the tool kit you now have in front of you. And that is without including the variations you could have with different types of rope, different diameters and different colors ... then you could do tens of thousands! So ... I have developed TheDuchy Flogger Notation that will allow us to easily and concisely describe our designs so we can share them with each other.
Check out the now fully operational Flogger Forge with all the new plans, tools and with the various knots organized by type to help you with designing your own flogger. Go forth and create implements!
Here are two new full end-to-end floggers with detailed plans and videos to help get you started:
BONUS! To assist those of you that want to get started in designing your own flogger. This table will give you a general idea of the amount of rope consumed by each knot. So once you have assembled your plan, you can know how much rope you will need for each strand so you don't cut too much or little for your project.
Rope Consumption & Linear Distance Covered (Height) Table
I'm not going to do a contest on this one, I just want to see what cool things you all create! Send me pictures! I will post the ones I like the most ;)
My deepest thanks to you all. I hope you and yours are fairing well in this difficult season,
Lazarus
