BEHIND THE SCENES: Branding & New OC
Added 2021-12-31 02:47:41 +0000 UTCAs promised, here's the PSD file for the new "Branding" piece. Like I mentioned on the main post, this was going to be the Patreon banner before I realized I can't do a NSFW banner. Maybe this would have been PG enough but I didn't want to risk it.
In any case, here also are some WIP pictures--I was reconsidering the branding idea and thinking about doing meat cut outlines instead. I polled some friends and the brand version won out (it's also a bit more visually balanced with the reins). But I still REALLY like that idea for a herbivore character so I'll probably reuse it later on.
Finally, here's a really rough sneak peek at another OC I've been thinking about--I recently canonized Moses as a college adjunct, so I wanted to create a boss character for him. They may be violating some HR guidelines.
The lion boss is very WIP right now, but I'm hoping to get a design I can finalize later on.

Asiatic Lions are interesting. It's a species you don't see representation of in Furry, which is a shame considering what an interesting animal it is. You might like this video. It's an animation of a Neko Case song about "the last lion of Albion".
