Going in I was worried about making it different enough to not be seen as such a shameless theft, but after dithering over it for a few days I'm now worried about it being a proper story. Had I the time there's so much more I could have done to chart Blythe's growth or Sally's internal conflict.
Maybe I'll return to the idea later and do something better with it.
