Luckily, this alternate reality doesn't last long, allowing Dong Kyeong and Doom to reconnect and re-establish their joint living arrangement. But Doom has a new determination for Dong Kyeong to survive her illness while she seems to be on a journey of living life the way she wants while she still can. It also looks like bestie's love triangle is about to be shaken when both guys decide they want to finally confess to her.

I also see the God character as someone who inherently wants the best for everyone but knows that that isn't always possible so i think in order to get the greatest possible outcomes out of her "flowers" she provokes them and tests them or "threatens" them.
