June Update

Hello hello all, and happy June + Pride Month! How are we feeling after HB's Full Moon episode yesterday? 🙃

Anyway, if you saw my last stream, you'll know I'm recovering from the week off I had, so it's a bit of a slow-go for me right now 😔

I started packing orders for the Mini Kacchako Collection and am hoping to have those all done by the end of this weekend! Starting Monday, I have to get working on finalizing the Kacchako's Kitchen cookbook layout.

I will also be editing audio all of next week so I hopefully don't have to work on it before each part of Arc 9 like I unfortunately have done before. The sketches for parts 1 & 2 are done and in their respective working files (ty past me for making storyboards!!!) so I can move on to the lining phase once the audio is ready to go! 🎉

I still have to wrangle with the blimp background 😭 my plans might not pan out the way I wanted them too, but I have a couple more things to try before I give up and take the hard route. I'm hoping to have that settled by the end of next weekend.

Here's my updated list of work for this arc:

• ✅ Storyboard the entire arc
• ✅ Time everything out into a rough animatic
• ✅ Send animatic to VAs and order voice work
• ⭕ Build the blimp and city background in Blender
• ⭕ Edit all voice work
• ⭕ Get the first section of the arc out of the way (still in the office - 2 parts)
• Set up all shots + rough animation pass for the whole arc
• Key frames for the whole arc
• Inbetweens and color by part (I have it split up into 7 parts)
• Release these parts as they get completed to Patreon
• Add sound effects + post production
• Release the full arc publicly

As I said in a previous post, I will be moving into the production phase this month, so look forward to part 1 of Arc 9 dropping more towards the middle of June! LET'S GOOOO!!!
