Chunk Pregenerator Mega Patch!

I have been busy. REALLY busy.
This update was planned to be out 2 months ago.
I am really sorry for that!
And I didn't even manage to finish it.
I just interrupted at the 1.14 version and half completed the 1.12.2 port of this version.
But I will complete 1.12.2 -> 1.7.10 next year. (Call me insane, i already know)
So what is changed in this mega patch:
- Translation Support for the entire thing. It will automatically detect if the client hasn't installed the mod and simply server translate the mod.
- Config to forcefully server translate the mod, in other words it will force english translations.
- Carbon Config was integrated since I wanted 0 Dependencies.
- ALL Guis were overhauled and most of them were redesigned.
- A ton of new features were added too. To many to list them. (The changelog will be in the downloads section, i can't list 85 lines here)
- A lot of bugfixes of issues that were found.
This update contains forge 1.14.4-1.20.4 and neoforge 1.20.2-1.20.4
On top of that 1.16.5 or older has all supporter checks removed.
These versions will after this patch lose any "Feature support", but still get "Bug support".
I am planning on expanding on that in future releases but no details until then.
Anyways this stays in early access until i have completed 1.12-1.7.10 ports of everything.
Otherwise I don't see myself finishing everything I said I would do.
