On my second rewatch I fully digested how trash the psych babble is, so on my third rewatch it hit me why I love the show. It's full camp but with the thin veneer (but I do wish it were thinner on the veneer) of psycho babble "realism". Just the volume of puns, gag cuts, and high level of anime feels from the finale have allowed me to appreciate the surreal and humor rather than pretend this show has important ideas to explore.
