This past year has been incredible. It has been awesome reaching so many milestones, and we're stoked that you've been on this wild ride with us!

This year, we shared the female player with everyone, and it's been amazing seeing you welcome her to the party with open arms. 

It was especially cool to see in our Holiday Feedback Form that so many of you like her, and we've had a lot of fun updating the game to react to a female protagonist and improving House Party's intimacy system to better support her content.

Exiting Early Access this year was unreal. 

We poured our hearts into building House Party from the ground up for years, so much so that it doesn't even look like the same game it did when it was first created. 

We've added so many items, stories, characters, and gameplay mechanics that it's really been a labor of love, and we're finally at a point where we feel proud to call it an out-of-early-access title!

And, wow, the Doja Cat Expansion Pack was a huge task and major learning experience for us. It was wild making our first DLC, especially with such a popular celebrity right from the start, but we worked really hard on it, and we hope you've found something charming about the content!

Plus, we started delving into seasonal updates this year! Next year, we hope to have that toggle on/off feature for the holiday items we added and have the DLCs nicely packaged into optional downloadable packs for you, so you can enjoy them all year long!

2023 is ramping up to be awesome, too, and we hope you'll stay with us for another wild ride.
