An Outgrown XL, A Litre of Custard, and. Growing Exjock

As your going to see, it's gotten a little snug π I couldn't believe how small it's become (or should I be surprised at how LARGE IβVE gotten π₯΅) it was impossible to button the chest, and the the belly section kept riding up over my expanding belly π« the sleeves were incredible tight, cutting in deep to me bulging fat covered biceps. and all these sensations made me thirsty for gains.
