Rounded Upper Back Deadlifting and More

Concerned about my controversial deadlift technique, wondering why sumo sucks and how light deadlifts do more harm than good when dealing with a tweaked back? Those and other opinions I share with Rippetoe are discussed here:

Worth listening to even if you have everything figured out.

I'm sharing this because my deadlift technique is a hot topic of debate when amateur hour rolls around. Can't be arsed to explain why and there's no better man than Mark to do it in my place. Plus it's a damn good episode. Know Mike and I'll be on soon enough.

I'm co-signing this and it'll be the first among other useful resources I'll post here. I'm very selective and it won't be often. Simply because most's  shit these days, or buried in enough trash to not make it worthwhile. Here's a shining example of when it's not.

Hit List/Shit List

...And that brings me to this, namely whether there's any interest in a Hit and Shit List. As the title suggests, it will be two lists. One with people I co-sign,  trustworthy/useful resources, etc - and Bad Folk, those you should ignore. Completely.

Every time someone's added, I'll make a post explaining why, using science as the only metric for The Shit List, because that's what matters.

The thinking behind is not to 'hate' but to educate and stop you from wasting time with these jackoffs, the Rhondas and Bakers, etc. Seen some of you come dragging their dipshit claims in here asking what I think more than once and it's gotta stop.

Damn shame it doesn't take more than some BS wrapped up in fancy/sciency sounding terms before you get your panties in a bunch and mistake it for serious statements. Let's put an end to it.

¨¨So sleep on it ^and I'll make a poll tomorrow.

P.S. Looking for those fluent in Javascript and Python - send me an email + CV if you're interested in interesting work.
