Last Chapter

Hell Week is coming to an end. For those out of the loop, I'm referring to this week, which is the last one for the book. Pleased to inform, tremendous progress has been made. 

The feedback/reviews have all been very positive. Borge Fagerli in particular provided constructive feedback. 

Alan Aragon said "This book is excellent and solid from a scientific standpoint, and most notably, it's original and fresh" and "This is a great book that will positively contribute to the industry - and the results of its readers." among other things.

This was said in reference to the material they received. But reviewers received merely a glimpse. They were shown the part I needed feedback on. The full version is much longer. At least thrice as long. And 10 times better. 

With the final chapter now written, a new chapter is about to begin. With the most definitive diet book in history of mankind on its way, everything is about to change. 

Including my plans. Because there will be no more books this year. Or the year after, even. Not like this one. Not for now. 

Next week, I'll meet with my new copy editor (fired the last for incompetence) and discuss how much time they need to finalise the practicalities; this includes final editing and formatting. They are reviewing the manuscript as we speak and I'll make a post/newsletter once details come through.

P.S.S. If there's time over, I'll write the chin-up routine tomorrow (Sunday), but don't count on it. You can wait, this can't.

Hey Martin, this is about CUG. If I’m doing the bulking program and I wanna try CUG out, on my rest days can I do the rest days part of CUG? 555 556 566 666. Was wondering if it would make a difference. Thanks !!
