Hi hi hi, thanks again for being patient with me—this episode just needed a little more TLC than I expected which is why it's a day late.

I just wanted to tell you, that I just had one of the worst days ever and this week hasn’t even started yet, I swear I feel so sleepy and I have a slight headache. It’s almost 3 in the morning and I just got back from a trip. So thank you very much for this because I felt like you were talking directly to me, waltz trying to put” me to sleep”
