v6.0.0 is now in Open Beta on the Play Store

Hi folks! Before we gave our patrons early access to v6, we were hovering around 5 — 10 active patrons each month, with most of them being with us for a long time. Huge shoutout to:

Now, we have more than 70! What's even more interesting though, is that approximately 60 more people have tried to become our patrons, but their payment status shows up as declined :(. Thank you for trying; perhaps there are unavoidable issues with Patreon's payment gateway for some people.

As much as we'd like to also celebrate our new patrons, including all your names in this post would make it too long and some may not like that. We hope you all found value in our community. Thank you so much for your support, it means a lot.

We received no feedback about changes & improvements in v6, so we can only assume you all liked it :D. If you'd like to offer suggestions/feedback, email us at support@oxygenupdater.com, or message us on Patreon itself or also on our official Discord server (there's a patron-only chat channel as well).

As promised, v6 is now available as an Open Beta on the Play Store, making it freely available to everyone to try out.

We have updated our original article with beta-specific info, so please have a look: https://oxygenupdater.com/article/413/.

Eventually, v6 will be promoted to stable, so if you're happy with the v6 APKs you already have, you don't need to enroll in the beta. However, if you like the improvements made in beta builds (read article for more info), we'd recommend enrolling in the Play Store Open Beta (read article for instructions), as further beta updates would be automatic and hassle-free. You wouldn't need to come to Patreon, download new APKs, and install them each time we release beta updates.

In any case, for your convenience, we will post beta APKs here as well (the first beta build is attached to this post). One advantage is that you'd most likely get access to new APKs quicker than via Play Store, because you don't need to wait for the Play Store approval process (when any developer releases updates, Google needs to first review & approve them; only then do they show up in Play Store).

Note: once v6 is stable the manual enrollment process would not be required. Play Store will roll-out the update to everyone, assuming you've kept the "auto-update" option enabled for our app.

Amazing. I'll check tonight.

We added support for OnePlus Open's NA & EU variants yesterday, and its latest update 13.2.0.114 (A.33) is also available for download. Please clear the app's cache and restart it if you're not able to see these devices.

Any visibility on when we'll have support for OnePlus Open?
