In fairness to Oasis, they were the exception to the lazy UK band touring rule Alex mentions - they actually toured a LOT in the US and it paid off, as they actually were pretty popular here in the 90s. It's only smaller in relationship to their UK status. Also, they sold out all the stadium shows they booked in North America, which I wasn't betting on. I thought maybe I could go to a Giants Stadium show relatively cheap, but that's not gonna happen at the rate it's going.
