(C) Kyro in Cairo
Added 2022-04-26 22:33:29 +0000 UTCI know, I know I know I know. They're not in Cairo. This is just *some* ancient Egypt-themed background. But the urge is too strong u_u I'm just a haybrain folks. No control.
If it is a little difficult to tell (considering it's perhaps an unusual thing to see,) The dragon Kyro here is both inside the gryphon as well as using the other of his two prehensile appendages to tug on Delrix' jewellery.
The style I worked with in this case is the sketch and colour style. I thoroughly enjoyed refining my rough sketch into a sufficiently detailed drawing and then colouring it with some small liberties to make things stand out and read correctly. You may have heard me talk about how much I lack confidence regarding brush experimentation, so I am sure it comes as no surprise to some that I used one brush for the rough sketch, the drawing, the colouring and the overpainting, with barely anything else on the side. It handles well. So in a way the brush has helped me create this style - which makes me hopeful that once I do end up trying out another for it, it'll look different!

Honestly, if you don't feel the need to change up your brush often and are happy with how it turns out, then solo brush my good breadkin. solo brush
