Pausing billing for August to take a vacation! 🏖

Hello everyone! 💕

As I mentioned some of weeks ago, I'm going to put my Patreon page on pause for the whole duration of August. This means that when August starts, you won't be charged for that month, and your billing cycle will resume again in September as usual. The same goes for my patrons with an annual membership: you won't be charged for August and instead, your membership will be extended by 1 month to cover this pause. On the other hand, who subscribes for the first time will be billed normally to access all my previous content.

I really really need to rest because I feel close to a burnt out, and I'd rather stop & take care of myself while it's still manageable! 🙈 I hope you can understand and be a bit patient with me. I promise I'll come back with renewed strength to create even more stuff!

On this note, I wish to let you all know that once I come back, I'm going to focus a lot more on the illustrations for Courting Fire, my endhawks fanfic that I want to turn into a digital & physical zine. I've been doing some studies during this past period, but if I want to see this project come to light, I need to roll up my sleeves and work harder. As some of you already know, this story is very dear to me, but also a fundamental testing ground for Unlock, my original novel. This means I can't take it slow and let Courting Fire become a side project. I need to give it my all now, finish it and learn from it so that hopefully I'll be able to create something even more touching in the future.

What does that mean for my Patreon? I guess a lot more of exclusive art 👀 I have all the intention of keeping most of these illustrations a secret until publication, but not to you! Actually, I'll need you even more than ever to get some precious feedback. I'll probably even ask your help through polls and things like that. I'll try my best to make it interesting for you!

I'll also keep drawing dicks in holes because you know me, I'm your resident sweet n spice lady 💀 The majority of Courting Fire is SFW enough, so I'll need NSFW breaks from all that wholesomeness. Therefore I'll keep making spicy fanart polls as usual! 🔥

Also, since I'll be done soon enough with the writing portion of Courting Fire, I have all the intention of using my writing time to focus again on Unlock. This means new chapters on the horizon!!!!! I'm so thrilled to go on with my original story and involve y'all in the process.

Then I'm thinking about my online store reopening, about new merch and so many other things!!

All in all, I have so much stuff on my plate and that's why I need a breather to restore my energy before fully digging in. I'm aware that pausing Patreon and focusing more on personal projects may drive away some supporters, and that's fine.

But the thing is, I've reached a moment in my life where I need to put my needs first. I basically never do that, to be completely honest with you. I suck at that, I suck at thinking that who I am and what I want is important enough. I'm scared to do it. But well... I lost a friend, some months ago. Someone my age, someone with so many dreams and so much will to live, and his memory is constantly shifting my perspective. Every day that goes by without his endless potential in the world is a day I am not living to my fullest and I'm done with that. I'm so done. I want to use my art and my writing to convey this message, and I really hope you'll be part of this new journey.
