More than anyone else, Colonel Takusari is basically Demetra's lap dog, being the commandant of the Padan region where she lives. He lost count of how many times she has asked for his cooperation, even outside the limits of the law. Naoki considered himself a righteous man, once, but his thirst for power and recognition has led him further astray than he'd like to admit.
Maybe that's why God punished him with this koakuma, this tempting little devil in disguise of an angel, who is older than Naoki will ever be and sees right through him with terrifyingly sharp senses. Half the days, Naoki feels like he's playing right in the palm of Celeste's hand. Half the nights, he strives to prove ownership by claiming Celeste's body until he's satisfied.
One thing Naoki knows to be true about himself, though, is that he's never pleased or satisfied enough.
