I have this quirkless yakuza AU in mind where things went wrong and he became "Kurogiri" nonetheless, and now he essentially plays the same role of the caretaker/advisor for the young boss Tomura while also working as a bartender in the gang's main lair/club. But maybe there's something of the old Oboro still there...? Aizawa surely wants to find out π
