FAQ "Why I don't receive a reward?"

Over the months since I started Patreon, there are many questions payment problem asked to me every month.

I've read everyone's problems and tried my best to help in every case.

1. ❓ If I subscribe on the 30th, will I receive the reward for the 1st of the next month?

💌 - No, due to Patreon’s new billing system, you will be charged immediately when you subscribe, and you will receive the reward corresponding to the month in which you subscribed. For example, if you subscribe on December 30th, you will receive the reward for December.

However, the system will charge you again on the same day of the next month. For instance, if you subscribe on December 30th, your next billing will occur on January 30th.

To ensure that you receive the reward as early as possible each month, I recommend canceling your subscription, waiting a bit, and then resubscribing on the 1st or 2nd of each month.

2.❓- Patreon system I was charged immediately after I subscribe. But I haven't received the reward yet.

💌 - Rapbitan's reward distribution is done manually, one by one. Therefore, delays in sending may occur, especially during the 1st to the 5th of each month.
Please wait and contact Rapbitan via DM to claim your reward if you have not received it within 1-2 days.
However, you can check your payment history from here
and you can ask your bank directly about this transaction for your clarity

3. ❓ - I received the reward, but I can't open the file because MEGA is asking for a password, and Rapbitan didn’t provide the password. What should I do?

💌 - Normally, Rapbitan provides a link to access the reward. Sometimes, it comes with an icon image, and if you click on the icon, the website will redirect you to the MEGA page, which asks for a password to access.
However, if you click on the URL link provided by Rapbitan, you should be able to access the file without being asked for a password.

4.❓- Why was my payment Declined?

💌 - Declined status can occur for many reasons. From the erratic Patreon system to insufficient payment funds.
However, I recommend that you fill out your payment information correctly and completely. and prepare your money for charging Slightly more than the tier price to account for fees and taxes.

5.❓- If I received Declined status on Day 1 but resolved the issue on Day 10 Will I still receive the Reward?

💌 - You will still receive rewards Please contact Rapbian directly to receive Reward

6.❓- Fraud status?

💌 - Your patron's bank or the payment processor have marked this payment as being potentially fraudulent. There are a number of reasons this can occur.
I suggest you first try resubscribing or try paying with another account or method, However, if this cannot be resolved, you should get in touch with the bank, Stripe, and/or Patreon to resolve this and get charged.
