Devlog #11 | Laying the Foundation

Hello again everyone!

It's been a whirlwind since the last update and our transition to full-time development (still feels amazing to say that – thank you all again!). We've been hard at work laying the essential groundwork for BullTales 🦬, and we're excited to share some significant progress on the foundational elements!

Visual Concepts Locked In!

One of the biggest steps in bringing a new world to life is visualizing it. We're thrilled to announce:

• Location Sketches Complete: Initial concept sketches for all four new locations – the Hospital, Gym, Park, and Airport – are done! Seeing these spaces take shape, even in rough form, has been incredibly inspiring. We can already imagine the stories that will unfold within them.

• New Character Concepts Ready: Sketches for the 4 brand new characters joining the city for BullTales are also complete! We've spent a lot of time thinking about who they are and how they'll fit into the narrative (and into your adventures!). We can't wait for you to eventually meet them.

Growing the Team!

To ensure BullTales reaches the level of quality and narrative depth we're aiming for, we've expanded our team:

• New Scene Artist: We've officially brought a talented new scene artist onboard! Their expertise will be crucial in transforming the location and character sketches into the detailed, immersive scenes you'll experience in the game. We're already impressed with their initial contributions.

• Experienced NSFW Writer: Crafting compelling adult narratives requires a specific skill set. We're incredibly excited to have hired a new, experienced NSFW writer dedicated to BullTales! Their understanding of mature themes, character dynamics, and engaging storytelling will be instrumental in developing the intricate plotlines and steamy encounters for the new title.

Other Happenings

• CuckTales 🐓: Refinements continue, focusing on polishing existing content based on feedback.

• City Name Poll: Keep an eye out! We're finalizing the details for the city naming poll mentioned last time. Your input will directly shape the world of both games!

• Translations: Discussions with translators for Russian and Chinese are progressing well.

It's still early days, but completing these initial visual and team-building milestones is huge. We're energized and focused on bringing BullTales 🦬 to life. Thank you for being on this journey with us!
