I am also addicted to coffee: one of those addictions that you do not leave.

So interesting to hear your experimentation with caffeine and breathwork. I've given up caffeine for about 10 days before as well as did breathwork and had similar results (first time I did breathwork, I didn't know what it was but 25 minutes later I'm talking to a mosquito, communing with spirits from 3000 years ago, and my arms were levitating on their own...definitely trippy stuff). I'm currently in Armenia and realizing that I also need time to take a break. I've been traveling daily seeing things here and while I absolutely love it, it is draining. I got sick but still kept moving. I am looking forward to settling for a few weeks in one place soon (Tbilisi). BTW, I was at Extraordinary Travel Festival in Yerevan and it was amazing. Some of the stories reminded me of you as these people are traveling to very remote countries, participating deeply in the culture, having adventures most people would call crazy. I love it all! Hope you continue to feel less stress with your routines and I look forward to the next video. Cheers!

I recently saw a new study that found that those who drink coffee in the morning regularly have longer lifespans and that it's good for your cardiovascular system... so that's good at least! Happy to hear from you Mike. Lookin forward to the next video!

Welcome back, man! It's interesting that a lot of the time, we know what we need to do in order to decompress and calm our minds, but we sometimes get so caught up in everything going on in our lives that we forget these basic things that make us feel better. Nearly every time I've practiced any sort of breathing exercise, I usually end the exercise feeling calmer, more centered, and less anxious. But every now and then, I forget that, and I sometimes go days or even weeks wondering why I feel so "off," all the while knowing that I've pushed aside the things I know help center me. I'm going to do more breathing exercises, along with stretching and listening to music, to start my mornings from now on. I know it will help me, as it's helped me before. But thank you for reminding me just how much it helps!
