2021-02-05 22:10:22 +0000 UTCMhh itโs hard to tell really, a normal sized meal for me is probably about 1kg/ 2lbs of food and maybe 3lbs to get stuffed but still be comfortable. For me itโs more effective to have 4 or 5 big meals per day and snacks in between instead of overeating and not being able to eat for 4 or 5 hours afterwards.
