By default, the romantic satisfaction metric starts popping up at the “Lovebirds” stage. This means that your Sim is flirting a little with another and reaches 25 points of romance, it will already trigger.
I find this RIDICULOUS. There is no relationship yet!!!!
So, this mod makes it so that the romantic satisfaction metric only applies to Sims who are either Soulmates, Partners, Engaged or Married.
This is an Override of 362249_loot_RelSat_AddRelSat_ActorandTarget
DOWNLOAD & Installation:
1 - remove files from previous versions, if any
2 - grab the .package file for the mod (link below), and put it into your mods folder or one subfolder.

I guess this blows my theory out of the water that it's RPO that is causing "ask to be friends" when my sims romance bar is 25 or less to pop up An intense sad "first relationship loss" (not the exact name) moodlet for both parties 😄.
