Patreon Restructure and Future Plans

Hello everyone,

First, thank you for your patience and kindness these past weeks — and for continuing to journey alongside me through Veil of Avalon. Your support means more than I can put into words.

Over the past month, I’ve been reassessing how to make this Patreon more sustainable for me while still delivering high-quality, exciting rewards. The goal is to streamline the structure so I can focus more time on creating Veil of Avalon while also leaving room to explore new ideas and content formats.

The New Tier Structure – starting this month

We will be moving from six tiers down to three, keeping things clear and manageable:

Tier 1 – The Mistbound ($3)
For those who want to support the project and get behind-the-scenes access.
✓ All updates, WIPs, and dev logs
✓ Supporter credit in future releases
✓ Special Discord role: Veilbound

Tier 2 – The Veilwalker ($5)
For GMs, lore-lovers, and map enthusiasts.
✓ Everything in The Mistbound
✓ Monthly map drop (city, region, or battlemap)
✓ One written companion piece per month — either short lore/prose or expanded map details
✓ Printable PDFs
✓ Patron polls for content direction

Tier 3 – Warden of the Veil ($15)
For those who want the deepest connection to the project.
✓ Everything in The Veilwalker
✓ Monthly bonus content (exclusive map variants, tokens, sketches, or lore fragments not available anywhere else)
✓ Special Discord role: Warden of the Veil
✓ Occasional input into lore & content direction

Future Plans

• I’m learning Foundry VTT to integrate my maps directly for virtual tabletop play. Once I’ve mastered it, Foundry integration will be included at no extra cost for Tier 2 and Tier 3. There’s no set timeline yet, but it’s in the works.

• I plan to return to streaming on Twitch, focusing mainly on my Inkarnate mapping process.

• I will be reducing commissions to dedicate more time to Veil of Avalon.

• I will be publishing content on a diverse set of online shops to sell select maps. Special Tier 3 variations will remain Patreon-exclusive and will never be sold elsewhere.

Retiring “The Last Echoes of Avalon”

The Last Echoes of Avalon tier will be retired at the end of this month. If you wish to join and claim its limited benefits — including the unique Discord role, the option to design an origin character, and a special mention in future publications — now is your last chance to do so.
