The idea here, originally, was to do something simple with a Mei invention gone wrong. But as I always seem to I somehow complicated the whole thing with fantasy genetics turning Deku into a cougar.
For those who don't get the final joke, Deku's Mom has a telekinesis quirk that lets her 'pull' things towards her.
