The reason why I know you guys on these is because I had one that had a seized battery cover, I was hesitant that it would be honored thinking that You guys would find it was my fault for tightening it up too much or whatever. Well, you proved me wrong. My question is when did you start doing this and how has it impacted the loyalty in your base customers?
