Inspired by "Marvel's: What If" this series, grabs the cosmic script of your favourite champions, flipping it upside-down. Each episode, our mysterious out of time narrator Morden Nighttide spins us a strange tale of an alternate reality. The result? A plunge into alternate destinies where yesterday’s side-kick might rise as tomorrow’s tyrant—or a single missed handshake sparks an interstellar war.
How It Works
One-on-One Spotlight – A single player steps into the limelight with the GM, diving deep into their hero’s personal “pivot point.”
Fate Points - The hero rolls a classic d20, sweetened by a stash of 20 Fate Points. Spend big to seize the moment—but every point spent frays reality, inching you toward wild Paradox Traits like silver eyes or trailing star-shadows.
Five Life-Changing Choices – Guided by the Compass’s needle, the player must make five monumental decisions. Each choice triggers a cinematic time-jump
Cross-Timeline Encounters – Along the way, the hero bumps into alternate versions of every key ally and nemesis they once knew, forcing face-offs, fragile alliances, and mind-bending reunions.
