Our new arc begins at the last human stronghold at the edge of the Endless Holt, Fort Cutler. While his father is away, a young Rufus Cutler (Devin Field) get’s a crash course in responsibility as the interim leader of Fort Cutler. Elsewhere, Fraeya Black (Victoria Longwell) does her best to follow her God Xophine and the emerald light wherever it may shine. Finally, returning rotator, Grib, sits imprisoned in the dungeons below the castle itself. As the council of Fort Cutler argues over Grib’s fate,  it becomes clear that other dangers are afoot!

That tattoo reveal tho

Would love to see a 6-episode arc. I hate the inevitability of seeing Grib go and Freya/Rufus are equally as epic. That said, I think all 7 PCs have done an awesome job! Zac is cool too I guess πŸ˜‰

Dome Fossil

not 100% sure, but i think he might have just said the totals added up per roll? I'll double check his stats!

Zac Oyama

Every episode gets better and better! Also I know it defeats the purpose of the show but honestly I wouldn't mind this trio being the permanent crew! Off the wall chemistry!

Devin.... fuck you for being so awesome and so good at your character. Got those Phil Sebben Vibes and I'm, nonsexually, vibing right there with you. Victoria... just fantastic. The self deprecating paladin is my favorite type of paladin. Jacob... you're better than fruit. That's like saying you're going to reveal your favorite location to get a DVT. I mean, I still laughed... so... low key good job and thank you. Oyama...Great everything. That is all. Can this arc be like 6 episodes?

Devin's low rolls were hilarious, and I loved how he played all those misses. However, I think he didn't quite understand what to add to his roll and probably hit a lot more than he realized. When he rolled the first time, and stated he rolled a 5, I realized that almost shouldn't be possible unless he rolled a natural 1. If he's proficient with his axes, he should have at least a +2 proficiency bonus, and then also his strength bonus, which should also be at least a +2 for a fighter with at least 14 strength. (rare to be a fighter with less than 14) So his later 9 on his action surge should have been a 13 at the lowest, even with a below average fighter. Not ragging on you Devin, you did great with the humor and the role playing, and I love your character. He's a reasonable kind and intelligent guy, who also has to brag and be the most important person in the room, which is hilarious. Keep it up!

Motion to name this crew Swole Patrol...

What a swole crew this arc

This was a fantastic episode, I love how connected this world is with the others who have played in it. Feels so much more alive. Really shines a light on a very different style of game. Now I have to go listen to the Sum 41 album - All Killer No Filler as I wait for the big fruit reveal.

This session was great! I'm a big fan of all the people you've had on so far and am less familiar with this crew, but something about this group/session was spot on for me! Really looking forward to the rest of this arc.

Was I... was I listening to an episode of d&d Futurama? It felt right. It felt really good. Can't wait for the continuation of this arc.

I think in the final arc bark of last arc, Zac said he didn’t think Session 0s were necessary going forward? Not positive though, and I personally enjoy the freeform intro to characters :)

Stoked on the new episode! Any chance of a session 0 being released for this Ark?

Okay I'm guessing Grib's favorite fruit is a mango!

Only a few minutes in but don’t worry Devin I love when more players try playing the hobby I’m in the corner of the bleachers with the rest of us qaurterers

The Lady Of Cram Over A Field Of Daniels

Given that they're practised improv comedians, this isn't a surprise, but Victoria and Devin did an excellent job. Particularly, integrating the results of their rolls into their characterisation - which is not something all first-ish time players pick up. The NPC interactions were also great, and I can't wait to see how they all mesh as a team next time. Almost as much as I can't wait for that god damn fruit reveal, Wysocki. It's the only reason I come back.
