I have been very quiet lately and I apologize for it.
Recently, there have been a few tragic events in my personal life. Rest assured, I am surrounded by friends and loved ones to go through it, but this means I have to take a bit of time to recover, slow things down and take care of myself. Accepting that change is part of life is often harder than one would think, and I find it especially hard to realize that there are times when you simply will not get any answers as to why some things happen (insert feel good proverb about lemons & lemonade here). I am no stranger to grief and its long and arduous process... I simply have to let time do its thing until things go back on track.
On a happier note, the DCS CH-47F Chinook has now entered Early Access. This is one of my absolute favorite helicopters. Good fun despite a few missing functionalities, if you ask me. I have also spent some time with the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior and the MB-339 to mix things up. My current plans for guides are not really set in stone yet; the only thing that is certain for now is the Viper guide update that many are waiting for. For the rest... I'll cross the bridge when I get there.
So, that's it for today! I hope to get back to you with better news in September.
