So, Natalie's final sex scene was buggy and did funny things to the quest. Also, Hermione's hostess events weren't supposed to be in the game, so they've been removed. They'll be added back in once they have some images, so don't fret.
Also, if Hermione/Natalie are locked in as hostesses even after Hermione's quest in Hangout Room, it should now resolve when loading the game. If it's still broken or something else bugs and locks some hostess slots, Mina can unlock them for you. Just talk to her in the morning and ask for Help -> Hostess club. But beware, unlocking the slots when they SHOULD be locked, might break stuff.

I know, things are a bit confusing. I have some ideas on how to make the game more streamlined, but I'll have to let the ideas brew a bit before I actually start making huge changes to the game.
