2025 Plans 4 W2C; KCC; etc

Let's start 2025 with the right foot, doing the most important post I could do!!! xD

I decided to write down my plans for WelCUM To The City and other projects, to make it as clear as possible for you, and also for myself. Yeah, I think I should organize it better to don't get lost in the development. Moreover, I believe the fairest thing I can do is show the plans I have for the game so you can decide whether or not to continue or start to support it.

By the way, I might be using some terms (like "bang") to avoid problems here, OK? 🤭

Changed Ideas

• HRIV should no longer be a threat for playtime. The previous idea was that over time, girls the player doesn't interact with would become more interested in HRIV. Instead, I intend to do it in a more... cozy game way so no one gets frustrated, right? Only girls with love below -50% can become interested in other characters. So, the player practically has to reject them; treat them bad; or induce them to date another character for this to happen. That said, not only HRIV, but HPRV and HINE could also have girlfriends if player decides it.

STEP 1 - MINIMUM

Here's what I'm almost sure I'll at least do it. I believe I can finish it before the half of the year. 

Mechanics:

• Massage system

  • sub-system of H-bang

  • control your hand in a girl's back

  • touch physics simulation

• Item system

  • buffy/debuff

  • buying

  • gifting

  • crafting/cooking

  • inventory/storage

• Cooking system:

  • select items/ingredients from the storage (for example, the refrigerator, if you're at home) and mix them to create a dish

  • buttons: knead; bake; fry

• Improved H-bang:

  • 3 Bang-Doll characters (1/3):

    • WSUK, sukebe girl that you meet at the swimming pool

    • WGMA, step-grandma, if you enable elder content

    • WAUN, step-auntie (sister of WMOM, mother of WCOU)

  • highschool scenery (male toilet room; male shower; classroom)

  • pose (missionary; doggystyle)

Story:

• WMOM's massage scene at night

• Breakfast scene with WNEI & her mom

• Grocery store rework:

  • More organized data

  • Illustrations with ecchi

• 1 meeting scene for each classmate character (6/11):

  • WUZA

  • WDEL (she should have the shark teeth instead of WUZA)

  • WGOT

  • WLAZ

  • HINE

• WCOU's quest to "test your skills" in some girl (or doing something else choosing a non-bang path)

STEP 2 - IDEAL

Here's what I plan to do this year. And I believe I'll manage to do.

Mechanics:

• Reworked Highschool 3D & Maps

• Vivid & Dynamic Characters:

  • Butterfly Effect: more variable schedules, where depending on your interaction, character should be doing something different

  • Reduced activity time and fixed schedules. Common activities and interactions may cost less time so you don't need to back in time to go to class with WSIS.

  • Depending on how aroused they are, some girls may risk fingering themselves in empty public places if they're sure no one will see. Having the perception skill leveled up should make HERO notice these scenes. (Probably girls with this content: WDIS; WOTA; WGAL; WGOT; WDEL; WLAZ)

  • Free Will: characters should look for you in the map; start conversation; hug you by themselves.

• Improved touch, where you can pet the head and give kiss on the cheek.

• Easily unlocked. Classmate characters won't need the meeting scene to be unlocked. You also should be able to unlock them by interacting via classroom activities/sports. "Meeting scenes" might have variation dialogue if the character already knows you.

• Volleyball minigame

Story: 

• 1 scene of 10% intimacy of each dateable character (1/12):

  • ✔ WSIS, park scene (should be replayable and have more variations)

  • WMOM

  • WNEI

  • WPRE

  • WRIC

  • WGAL

  • WOTA

  • WDIS

  • WUZA

  • WGOT

  • WLAZ

STEP 3 - PERFECT

Here's what it'd be amazing if I manage to do, and it's not really impossible, I guess :v

• Maximum intimacy: 20%

• Work System

  • Job: Massageur

  • Commit to certain work days during a week without fail to earn a high amount of money at the end of the week

  • Attract more customers to the establishment through the excellence of your service and receive a raise in position; pay; and benefits

• Improved H-bang:

  • Blowjob

  • Cunnilingus

• Club Mechanics: 

  • ✔ Student Council: help/report other Students

  • Music/Dance: play/dance with characters in the rhythm minigame

  • Cooking: create food

  • Swimming: swim; pool volleyball

  • Sports: race; jog; volleyball; basketball

  • Literature: no idea :v I just wanted a place for introvert characters

• Punishment System:

  • Minigame/Scene: clean the classroom or somewhere or just pay a fine to avoid that

  • Decrease love/reputation or bonus with most characters if you fail

• Replayable balcony view with HPRV:

  • More girls appearing on balcony

  • Some characters can catch you red-handed and:

    • Beat/Run After you

    • Report you

Story:

• Rework the rhythm minigame so it works well in both a super computer and a weak phone

• Clubs:

  • Club Meeting scene in the 1st week

• 1 meeting scene for WKUU

• 1 scene of 10% intimacy of WKUU

• 1 scene of 20% intimacy of WSIS; WMOM & WNEI

STEP 4 - DREAM

Here's what I think it would need more than I manage to do to implement it in this year, in adittion, most of the things aren't really "fixed" in the mentioned step, so it might change it if I find a more interesting way for that in the future. But I'd like to let you know what I have planed for most of the game. For this part I'll separate it in smaller steps for a better understanding of the process.

STEP UNKNOWN - Character System:

• Make a full version of Kawaii Character Creator to create complete characters in game instead of needing to edit PSD or CLIP files

• Make more separated character layers so they can easily have different shapes (like fat or thin). Maybe using a mesh system on Godot, like Spine 2D addon

• Use Live2D format for W2C characters instead of static sprites, allowing animations like breathing; reactions; jumping; dancing; etc

• IF I MANAGE TO DO IT, add a background character system on W2C 2nd year characters:

  • Class 2A should have 12 limited slots for characters of supporters

  • Class 2B should have 12 slots for you to import your characters created on the updated KCC or just generate random ones

  • Background characters should be able to dialogue; have bang; appear as a random customer at your work; and appear in generic scenes. For that, a very limited number of options should be available for their appearance.

  • Depending on how and if it'd work, more slots may be added (or maybe less)

STEP 4.1 - Maximum intimacy is 30%

• Improved touch, where you can press some girls bums and boobas

• Shower together (without touch or bang yet) with:

  • WMOM

  • WNEI & WSIS

• Club:

  • 1 Meeting scene for each club (Student Council; Music; Dance; Cooking; Swimming; Sports; Literature; etc (possible clubs ideas are being planned on our Discord))

• 1 scene of 30% intimacy of each dateable character

STEP 4.2 - Maximum intimacy is 40%

• Dating/Going Out/Visit System:

  • Go out with someone and do romantic or fun things together

  • Go out with a group and do even more fun things together

  • Maps: home; someone's home; park; beach; shopping; karaoke; nightclub; cafe; etc

• Sleep together with WSIS; WMOM; WNEI

• 1 scene of 40% intimacy of WSIS; WMOM & WNEI

• Improved touch: mouth kiss; cuddle

STEP 4.3 - Maximum intimacy is 50%

• Game playable on Steam

• 1 new Bang-Doll character

• Shower together and touch girls

• 1 scene of 50% intimacy of each dateable character

STEP 4.4 - Maximum intimacy is 60%

• H-Bang for dateable classmates

• 1 H scene of 60% intimacy of WSIS; WMOM & WNEI

STEP 4.5 - Maximum intimacy is 70%

• 1 H scene of 70% intimacy of each dateable character

STEP 4.6 - Maximum intimacy is 80%

• H-Bang for WMOM

• 1 H scene of 80% intimacy of WSIS; WMOM & WNEI

STEP 4.7 - Maximum intimacy is 90%

• 1 H scene of 90% intimacy of each dateable character

STEP 4.8 - Maximum intimacy is 100%

• H-Bang for WSIS & WNEI

• 1 H scene of 100% intimacy of WSIS; WMOM & WNEI

• Driving system:

  • Fast travel no longer cost 0 time, but should calculate it based on route

  • Unlock map: Home - Garage

  • Purchase a vehicle:

  • Motocycle (2 people)

  • Common car (5 people)

  • Good car (5 people)

• Club quests

• Add students of class 1A (4/12)

  • Add futanari optional content

• Indicate employees for WCOU:

  • WDIS, can be a guinea pig assistent (and WCOU's bang-Doll)

  • HINE or WKUU, can improve WCOU's office efficienc

• Dating Induction:

  • Don't want a character? Induce them to date with HRIV; HPRV; or HINE.

  • Don't want to leave your poor friends single and not even give up on any girl? Not a problem, induce background characters (if really implemented) or disabled content character
