First of all, sorry for the lack of updates here. ๐ It seems like the setbacks double in December and everything happens! The worst is that I'm having a problem with a platform linked with this one, I think I should tell you guys if something bad happens, because I would need to make some changes, but don't need to worry for now. I'll just try to solve it โ
Game progress is being worked and I'll show it here! ^^
I finished the model sheets for all the characters in our main classroom. Some have been reworked. I think they'll look more interesting :D
But most importantly, I now have a complete database for these characters, and that should make references much easier!
That said...
Like the swimming events, there should be random events on the common classroom, where characters would be doing something. I'm reworking the view so it can fit everyone almost like a orthographic view, to give a game vibe in this part, and to make easier to change character variations where they'd do something different.

No more bug animation when you move the cursor/touch in the main menu screen. I should rework it on Live2D, so we won't have any weird pixel calculation with characters or school flying away xD
New characters may be there too (I guess xD)

About the last rework, the grocery store scene should be more interesting too, with more visual appealing and not only sprites moving here and there. I purchased a 3D model of a simple store. It's small and kinda narrow. Perfect for ecchi moments! xD

But the idea for this one is not just to do a rework, but a new system, where you can go there to buy things when you want, and take your stepsis or another character with you. Also, I've been working on the item database to improve game mechanics. Items you buy in the game should have better uses soon!
Now some events should happen on bathroom:
If you don't close the door, someone can accidentally enter and see everything! ๐ณ

I intend to rework minigame mechanics so instead of having a lot of different minigames and more kinda confusing ones like the tutoring minigame, the game would have a few very common and simpler minigames that would appear whenever needed. The idea is:
Arrow clicking for scenes that require character physics
Memory game for scenes that require character intelligence
Another thing that I don't know yet for scenes that require character charisma. Maybe just a random chance for now? Don't know, but I'm accepting ideas for minigames that don't take much game time and would be simply to develop.
A RPG-like system whenever a minigame would be needed. Probably, kind of as a "master minigame" theme with multiple smaller minigames as action options, where you'd need to choose what kind of action you will do before it runs a minigame based on that, and these options would have the minigame mentioned. So, no surprises. You should always control what to do. This should be added in the place of the current tutoring minigame.
Actually, I don't really know what I'll manage to put in the next update. I hope everything, but I always hope it ๐
