Related - I found out recently that some people thought ryu lacked fur beneath the clothes. Nope. He's full anthro, only the face is human, since sphinxes have human faces. (he does lack any interesting fur patterns beneath his clothes, though.)
Also, brown paw pads, matching his original ref sheet.
