Thank You, Patron Penguins

A year ago, I found myself in a life-altering predicament. My YouTube ad revenue had dropped to unsustainable levels. I was no longer able to support myself or Bernie with my YouTube earnings. At the behest of my moderators, I decided to start this Patreon page in hopes that I could continue this dream job of making gaming videos and Let's Plays, and I'm so glad that I did. You all truly saved me and my channel. I wouldn't still be here making videos if it wasn't for you and your incredible patronage. It's because of you all that I was able to make the move to a nicer apartment with a bigger office and replace my old beat up car which I'd had for over 15 years; that I was able to hire an editor to help with the creation of the Council of Voices and make it look better than it ever has. I owe all of this to you penguins.

My ad revenue has only continued to worsen since then, now a mere quarter of what it was just two years ago. I still have yet to figure out or understand why my rates have fallen so much, but it is clear that YouTube just isn't the website it used to be. But that isn't going to stop me from making the videos that I love for the fans that I love. My almost 8 years on YouTube has helped me meet so many wonderful people and live a life I could only have dreamed of as a kid. I will never take your generosity for granted. I will do everything I can to repay the kindness you've shown me here and give you guys the best content I can muster.

Thank you all for sticking with me for all these years, and for being the greatest group of fans a YouTuber could ever hope for.

I love you guys.

Thank You, Patron Penguins

I do want to get back into it, it's always tough finding the time to continue working on the next one because it inevitably results in less LPs for a time as I write the script and help get Viva set with editing. The answer is that I'm not sure right now, but I have not forgotten about it nor do I plan to leave it unfinished. This story is something I think about literally everyday and it means a lot to me to see it through. I will let you guys know though when I get back into it, as it will likely affect the schedule for a period. Thanks, Sonic! ^_^

I'm glad that we were able to support you love (Which we happen to love you doing.) So I had a question that I didn't want to post in the comments of an unrelated video (where it wold get lost in the sea of relevant comments) or on an older video whose comments you probably don't check anymore: It concerns the Council of Voices. I went to go re-watch the last episode you put out on it and I realized that it had been over 9 months since it came out! Now I know that you can't rush content like that without making sacrifices in quality (which we would never want) and between your daily Let's Plays and your weekly Live Streams that doesn't leave you with a whole lot of free time to put into a production like that. Still, it seems a shame to leave a story like that unfinished, and I'm sure that the artist you hired for this is itching to get back at it. So I guess what I'm asking is if we might get get some word on what the status is on the next episode of CoV: where it is in terms of its production & if we might possibly see its release in the near future. I ask because we love your work and would like to see it continue, please and thank you.

Awww, Nico, stop it, my eyes are leaking

Kukukuku. Youtube really isn't what it used to be anymore. Patreon really does seem like the way of the future.

It's so hard relying on ad revenue. It's never consistent and you're always having a constant worry. I use a writing website and also get paid that way, but having something more reliable as a Patreon is not only a smart move, but an easy way for your viewers and fans to support you... knowing much more of that money goes to you over the host (i.e youtube, twitch, etc). Thank you for your content, hard work, and personality. I'll support you as best as I can- even if you ever want to take a break! Good luck, Nico!

we love you and what you do. We will keep this ship afloat

Always dude. You da greatest

I'm just so happy that we can help you out keep doing what you love. Having you smiling like that welldeserve my patronage <3

If YT continues to insist on bringing you down, than we'll do everything we can to hold you back up. Had my sister not found your P4 Golden Let's Play I would never have known who you were. And after following your amazing playthrough of Kingdom Hearts, I knew you were a person worth watching from then on; even to the point I'll rewatch some of your old games from time to time. And even though I can't give you a lot, what little I can is definitely worth it. I'll always look forward to what you'll share with us, and know you'll keep things as "classly" as always.

A year later than I'd have liked, but now that I'm making money, I'm more than happy to send some of it your way for support. Found your channel through 999, and was instantly captured by how goofy you are and your fun voices, and I'm more than happy to help keep your channel alive in the midst of YT becoming more and more of a nightmare for creators.

So glad to support you man. You and your content is awsome
