Poll: Do you think I should commission a translation for Aicomi?

I've talked with the translator that was commissioned for some of the previous games that I've made HF Patches for. They are interested in translating Aicomi for a pretty reasonable price.
Now the question is, is a better translation worth the decent amount of money and time?
It would probably take about 2 months to finish. The translation would include story text for each of the unique story characters, as well as all talk scene text for normal characters. It would NOT include subtitles because they were AI-generated from voice clips - there is no original text to give to the translator, and I will not pay insane money for them to transcribe hours of moaning.

This is a collection of modpacks for random games that didn't become full HF Patches. Most modpacks include a machine English translation (sometimes I hand-translate the UI), and many come with a demosaic (some fully uncensor the game). Some modpacks also come with a full save or a trainer.

Download the modpacks
You don't have to download everything. Find the modpack for your game and only download that one file.
You can find latest modpacks by clicking the "MODIFIED" column on right to sort everything by date added. Click the arrow to switch the sorting direction.
How to use the modpacks?
Install the game.
Download the modpack for your game.
Extract the modpack directly inside the game's root directory (where the game's .exe file is). Overwrite old files if asked.
Where to get the games?
These packs contain only mods, you need to buy and install the games before applying these modpacks. You can purchase all of these titles on English DLsite. The RJ number in the file names of the modpacks refers to the game's DLsite page (for example RJ01034720), simply open any game page on DLsite, replace the RJ number in the address bar, and hit enter.
I can't link the games directly because that caused issues in the past, sorry.
Warning: Some of the games may be region blocked and will require you to use a Japanese VPN server to see them on DLsite. Once you see them you can purchase them with points.
Note: Some of the games I made modpacks for now have official English translations, if you see one on DLsite then definitely get it over the Japanese version + modpack, since official translations will always be much better than machine translations.
More info
If you have issues with some translations missing or the game crashing whenever untranslated text appears, try to change translation endpoint. Press Alt+0 in-game and look for the Endpoint dropdown. Select something else and see if that helps (this does not work in some games).
Most modpacks are based on BepInEx, which means no game files are modified and all mods can be disabled by removing the BepInEx folder. This also makes the modpacks compatible with DLSite's copy protection, and are unlikely to break when a game is updated.
If the modpack is BepInEx based you should see a console window open together with the game and log messages scroll by. If there's no console, make sure you copied the modpack files to where the game .exe is.
If BepInEx based: Some games might have both 32 and 64bit versions, if you can't see the console then get the correct version of BepInEx here and apply it over the modpack.
A couple of the modpacks are for rpgmaker games and do replace files. In those cases the modpack might only be compatible with one version of the game (game version should be specified in file name of the modpack).
Make sure you are extracting the correct modpack. If you make a mistake and the modpack uses BepInEx then you can just remove the extracted files and the game will be untouched. If the modpack overwrites game files then you'll have to restore the files from a backup or reinstall the game.
HF Patch Automatic Downloader v1.0.1
This is a small tool that automatically detects supported games, finds the latest version of HF Patch for that game, and downloads that patch from a fast patron-only download mirror.
How to use
You can find the latest version of the tool attached below.
Download it to an empty directory. Any HF Patches that it downloads will be placed here.
Select your game and hit Download.
After downloading finishes either install the patch or grab the patch files. You can close the tool now.
You can find more information in the "About / Help" tab in the tool.
Notes
This tool offers the same patches as available in the usual direct download links. You don't have to use this tool if you prefer to download the patches manually.
Pixeldrain is used as the download source, so if you are having issues with that website then this tool will likely also not work. It's still worth a try though, since the download method is different.
Please do not redistribute this tool, it is only available to the Large Supporter tier because of data transfer fees.
Troubleshooting
Game not detected: Click Browse and select the game's main `.exe` file (e.g., `Koikatu.exe`).
No patches found: Check your internet connection and try again. Some games may not have patches available yet.
Not enough disk space: Free up space on the current drive or move the app to another drive.
Download fails: Try again; partial downloads are resumed. Check your connection and firewall if issues persist.
Installer not found: Open the download folder. If only the patch `.exe` is missing, check your antivirus.
Unexpected errors: Ensure the app is not blocked by your firewall/antivirus and that your internet connection is stable.
If you encounter any issues that are not caused by network problems or interference from other software then let me know in the comments. If there's a message box with error details please include the entire error message in the issue report.

Aicomi has been released
Aicomi is the latest game made by Illgames. It is basically a sequel to Koikatsu, using improved graphics from HoneyCome and SVS. You can find more information on the official website. Buy it on DLsite.
New channels have been created for Aicomi on the Koikatsu Discord server. See the #Aicomi Game Info and FAQs channel for more info. We've already posted a basic translation setup over there.
I'm planning to release a HF Patch for Aicomi within the next week, so if you don't want to install the translation manually you can wait until that's out.

An unofficial patch for INSULT ORDER ～Cheeky nyan girl's menu of debauchery～ (インサルトオーダー～生イキにゃん娘の快堕メニュー～) by miconisomi. It fully translates and uncensors the game, and includes other useful mods.
HF Patch does not contain the game, only mods. You have to buy the game separately. You can buy the game on DLsite or on DMM. Both versions are essentially identical. This patch will only work on the v1.04 version of the game, which is the latest version available on both DLsite and DMM. If you have an older install, redownload the game from the store you got it from.

Read before installing
This patch lets you play the game in both English and Japanese. The uncensor works even when playing in Japanese.
If you install English translations, you have to start the game through the English launcher. If you use the Japanese launcher then the game will start in Japanese language.
If you want to skip straight to a specific story scene you can do it through the debug mode. In title screen go to Settings, open Plugin settings on the left, and enable the "Show debug mode button" setting. Go back to the title screen, click the newly appeared button in bottom left corner and go wild. Warning: Back up your save files if you care about your progress!
An optional VR mod is included, but beware that it has many known issues. Don’t install it unless you plan to use it or it might cause some issues even when playing the game without VR. To run the game in VR make sure you have SteamVR installed and configured and launch the VR shortcut inside the game directory (you might need to start SteamVR first).
HF Patch does not contain the full game, paid expansions or any other pirated content. You have to buy the game and expansions separately.
This patch works with both DMM and DLsite versions of the game (they are basically identical), just make sure you have the latest v1.04 version downloaded.
You can completely disable all mods by running the patch again and unchecking everything. You can run this patch as many times as you want and nothing will break. That being said, if you have issues then try a fresh game install (you can copy the "Save" folder over to keep progress).
If you want to make your own mods, check BepInEx docs and source code of some existing plugins, for example BepInEx.MuteInBackground source code.
There is no warranty on this patch or on any of the included mods. You are installing this patch at your own risk.

How to download and install the patch

Make sure that the game folder does not have any Japanese characters in its name (best to place it in a folder like "D:\Games\SiH").
If the patch asks you to insert a disc, the patch file is corrupted. Redownload the patch and try again.
After the patch installation finishes you can remove the downloaded patch files. That being said, I suggest keeping them in case your game breaks for any reason and you need to install the patch again to fix it.

Text guide
Download all parts to the same directory. You can mix parts from different sources, but the file names need to stay the same. You can use any directory other than the game directory.
Start the included .exe file. A UAC prompt should appear. When you click Yes the patch installer will start.

At the start of installation the patch will verify if all of the downloaded parts are in order. This can take a couple of minutes to complete. If any parts are missing or corrupted, the patch will show an error message detailing which part you should redownload. If that happens: close the patch, download the bad file again (try using a different download link and/or web browser) and retry installing the patch.
After the patch installation finishes you can remove the downloaded patch files. That being said, I suggest keeping them in case your game breaks for any reason and you need to install the patch again to fix it.

Summer in Heat full English translation
This is a full human-made translation (not MTL) for Summer in Heat, the latest game by Miconisomi.
Unlike the currently released English translation, which uses MTL for non-UI text, in this release all story events and conversations inside H scenes are consistently translated to a high standard.
Since I had to hire a translator, I'm making this into a paid post for a week. It almost certainly won't cover the expense, but that's fine since I like this game a lot and wanted to read and enjoy the story anyways. I hope that you'll find the game enjoyable as well.
How to use / install
This was tested on the v1.01 version of the game, but should work fine on v1.00 as well.
(Optional) Install the SiH HF Patch.
Remove the "GameData\BepInEx\Translation" folder if it exists.
Download both the "BepInEx and plugins" and "Translation_Premium" zip files (they are attached to this post, below).
Extract both of the zip files into the game's "GameData" directory. Overwrite old files if asked.
Warning: Make sure that the BepInEx folder ends up inside of your game's GameData folder, otherwise it will not work!Now when you start the game everything should be translated to English and uncensored. Have fun!
Once the early access runs out I will add these translations to the SiH HF Patch.

Some people might not be notified about updates
A few people have told me that they haven't been receiving notifications about my HF Patch updates. If you did not receive any updates in the past month you are affected - there were updates on 4th (KK HF Patch), 14th (KKS HF Patch), and 24th (HC HF Patch).
Unfortunately I don't know why this is happening. Check your notification settings on Patreon, and if you're relying on e-mail notifications then check your spam folder.

An unofficial patch for HoneyCome (HoneyCome come come Party / ハニカム) with all free updates, fan-made English translations and essential mods. It will allow you to load all cards and give you countless gameplay improvements while still keeping the original, uncluttered and clean feel of the game. All content is tested and fixed (or removed) as needed before each update. HF Patch can repair many common problems, try it if you have issues with your game or mod setup.

Move the game to a simple path like D:\Games\HC if there are any Japanese characters in its folder path. If you don't, mods and/or the game might break.
If you have problems with installing the patch, check the solutions to common issues and the rest of the readme.
If you need any help, check the wiki or visit the Koikatsu discord server and ask in the #help or #honeycome channel. Asking in the #help channel instead of other places is the fastest way to get help, you can even search it for your issue to see if someone already answered it. The mod updater doesn't work yet since very few mods were created so far (also there is no zipmod/sideloader support).
There is only one uncensor available so far. If you want to disable it you will have to install the patch again with the uncensor unchecked.
Steam users: If Steam updates the game you will have to install HF Patch again to fix your install. You also have to reinstall the patch if you verify local files or install the Dolce DLC.

Consider supporting the developer on their Ci-en page. They regularly post new DLCs for this game. This patch includes free DLCs posted up to this point, but not the ones you need to be a subscriber for (so far only a single H position).
This patch lets you play the game in both English and Japanese. The uncensor works even when playing in Japanese.
Resolutions above 1080p (max of the stock game) are supported by this patch, including ultra-wide (the title image will scale weirdly but everything else works perfectly).
If you want to skip straight to sex, when installing HF Patch check the optional H unlock (note that it will overwrite any progress you might curerntly have in the game).

The end of ILLUSION
EDIT: So apparently this was just a really bizarre rebranding(?), and they will continue making games under the ILLGAMES brand, starting with a KK-styled HoneySelect game (more info and mirror of trial on the discord server). Old games are still being pulled off the stores though.

As some of you may already know, ILLUSION has sadly announced that they are closing down, starting today.
No new games or updates to existing games will be made, and on 2023/08/18 all of their existing games will be pulled off of Steam, DLsite and other stores. This means it will become impossible to get games made by ILLUSION legally after that point unless you buy a used disc. If you want to own KK and/or HS2 on Steam, make sure to buy it before that point!
It's unclear if VRKanojo and similar offshoots will be affected, but I'd buy it sooner rather than later if you were already thinking about it.

If you'd like to discuss this and get up to date information, hop on the KK and/or IS discord servers. These servers are unaffiliated so they will not be affected.
What does this mean for existing users and modders?
In practice, nothing will change for their released games (like KK or HS2). The games will keep working while mods and unofficial patches will continue to be made and maintained.
The only difference for me is that I'll start looking for games from other companies to mod and make patches for instead of waiting for new games from Illusion.

Download all parts to the same directory. The file names need to stay the same. You can use any directory other than the game directory.
Move the game to a simple path like D:\Games\KKLB if there are any Japanese characters in its folder path. If you don't, mods and/or the game might break.

If the game is in Japanese, make sure you have the latest version and go to Settings (button with a cog icon in main menu) and select English in the dropdown setting at the bottom of the list.
The included uncensor is very basic: It removes the heart censors, replaces female body texture with a custom one, and changes the meat stick color to match the rest of the male body. It doesn't modify character models and the vag texture is very basic (it can be edited by hand, it's inside the BepInEx\plugins folder).

To run the game without VR on Steam, you have to install the NonVR DLC from your Steam library. Warning to Steam users: Even if you want to only play in the NonVR mode, you still have to install the patch directly inside "KoiKoiMonogatariVR" and not in the "NonVR" folder.
If the patch download is corrupted, the patch will show an error message or ask for a missing disk. If that happens: close the patch, download it again (try using a different download link and/or web browser) and retry installing the patch.

Which version should I get?
Full patch contains everything, while light patch only contains patches and plugins but no item mods. If you are a new user or unsure, you should get the full patch.
If you only want to play the main game with the default characters, you can get the light patch to save space, BUT if you want to download custom character cards or scenes in the future you will need to come back and get the full patch.
This game does not support updating mods via KKManager.

In the past week some people on the Koikatsu discord server started using StableDiffusion to make Koikatsu screenshots look more like 2D art, like in the preview above. This guide will show you how you can join in on the fun without having to pay anything (assuming you have a good enough GPU already).

To be clear, you can do much more than just edit Koikatsu screenshots, any image in any style will work. You can also generate completely new images from text, as well as AI upscale images (similarly to waifu2x).

Another series of modpacks for random games. It's been a while since the last modpack post but I did keep collecting modpacks (there's 19 modpacks in this dump). Because it took so long, a couple of the games actually got official English translations, in these cases I added a note to the readme file inside the modpack.
This round I recommend giving RoundAndRoundTrain a try. It's a pretty fun game, I fully translated (cleaned MTL) and mostly demosaic'd it.
Where to get the games?
These packs contain only mods, you need to buy and install the games before applying these modpacks. You can purchase all of these titles on English DLsite (the RJ number refers to the game's DLsite page).

What's included in the modpacks?
Most modpacks contain pre-configured BepInEx and mods for the game. Almost all of them avoid modifying any game files, so they can be very easily disabled or removed. This also means they are compatible with DLSite's copy protection, and are unlikely to break when a game is updated.
Most modpacks include a machine English translation (sometimes I hand-translate the UI), and many come with a demozaic.
How to install?
Install the game.
Download and extract the modpack for your game directly inside the game's root directory (where the game's .exe file is). Overwrite old files if asked.
If the modpack is BepInEx based you should see a console window open together with the game and log messages scroll by. If there's no console, make sure you copied the modpack files to where the game .exe is. Some games might have both 32 and 64bit versions, if you can't see the console then get the correct version of BepInEx here and apply it over the modpack.
Make sure you are extracting the correct modpack. If you make a mistake and the modpack uses BepInEx then you can just remove the extracted files and the game will be untouched. If the modpack overwrites game files then you'll have to make a backup.
