This is mostly a week of "little stuff". In the town, you can find now a lot more NPCs, both static and also some first ones with a very simple walking routine to breath some more life into Thornefield and also give more lore & hints.
The only [NOT IMPLEMENTED] messages left over should now be mostly in the masturbation content and otherwise have been filled out (except of course it's a placeholder for content after 0.1.0).

For the contract system, I extended the claim system with a new clause type that Edgar can propose to Liora where he can gain a part of the mined minerals. Also, similar how Liora can control Edgar to use a certain skill, I added support for clauses where Edgar can control Liora to NOT use certain skills. In this case, he got a proposal that can forbid Liora from using Strategize on Rean - very powerful and valuable, so be sure to get something good if you want to sell this option off.
Other than that, my technical work has focused quite a bit on cleanup & infrasturcture building to reduce the amount of redundant code and improve the possibility to scale the contract system up with new clauses and mechanics for them to hook into.

On the visual side, you can find the production version of the Edgar Date CG integrated into the game, as well as a couple of new expressions for Rean.
Finally, I expanded the item database quite a bit both with new items and also with new formulas to craft them. You can find some of the new items as loot in the dungeons and when Thornefield hits Prosperity 7, the Wandering Merchant will have the formulas for them.
Especially the new Iron Will Potion which allows you to continue fighting at 0 HP (as long as the status effect is active) I think should open up new avenues for strategies.

Speaking of status effects, I have also reworked the way POISON works in Liora compared to Aura - Liora is also about trying out new things after all. Instead of having a % chance for being applied and dealing % based HP damage, poison is now a stackable state. Every time you get hit by it (or hit an enemy with it using the good old poison coating that has made its return this week), it will stack the duration of the state. Poison will then deal 1 damage for every stack, opening up the ways for a way of fighting that focuses on upping poison stacks.
I was hoping to get juuust a little more done this week, but there has been too much other stuff going on. The tax office is currently inquiring for my records since the earnings from steam have made them curious if everything is legal. I am worried that my bookkeeping may not be perfect and it will cause issues... But we will see. The other big thing is the whole anti-adult content wave that happened on steam and itch.io... As of now Star Knightess Aura is still delisted on itch.io, although it wasn't removed. So maybe everything is ok? Or maybe not... I don't know. While I'm good with work stress, I'm not so good with this kind of stuff, and it's really getting to my stomach and sleep... But maybe we have seen the worst now....
Anyways, next week: Liora development will continue. It's a new dev month, so I will be posting a new project plan probably on the weekend, latest on Monday. My main goal next week will be to bring the Costume System to the next level so that it properly connects with the gameplay systems - you will be able to negotiate with Edgar to enchant clothing and gain elemental resistances. Of course, instead of the base costume, Edgar would rather enchant a lewd one.

I don't think it's possible for Star Knightess Aura to disappear from my collection or from the games I own. BUT, If it some how does because Collective Shout wanna be bitches then I'll tell you for sure. But otherwise, I bought SKA a while back so they can't do anything now I BELIEVE.

I really don't want to see this project go down the drain because you did bad book keeping. I've seen light novel artists in Japan go down because of this. You need this, and we need you. Stay safe.
