In this case, it appears to have been a patron attempting to reply to a Patreon notification email, and the message was lost. The underlying reason is not clear to us. But, this does explain why, occasionally, new patrons' replies have not reached us when we have asked for their choices on e.g. what mug or t-shirt they want.
In any case, if we owe you a reward such as a mug or t-shirt, please keep your eyes out for an email from an address ending in @freedomofform.org in the next 24 hours. If you are affected and you receive an email, please reply to it.
If we owe you a reward and you don't see an email within 24 hours, please first check your spam folder, and failing that, please send an email to contact@freedomofform.org with the subject "Patreon issue", and we'll work on it ASAP. This includes Discord roles - if we don't have your Patreon role correctly updated in Discord, please send us an email as well.
If you're all set on rewards, you can disregard this message.
