April newsletter - Integument and a volunteer spotlight

Hello, folks! It's time for another newsletter~

The first article here covers our ongoing work with the integument review project, that Lathreas and I co-wrote. We've been starting to really deeply understand these systems and developing the comfort we need for engineering them. In this article specifically, we talk about melanin coloration for fur and skin, "structural" coloration like is used in lizard skin, and the process of feather development and growth. There's a lot more going on with these processes than you might expect. They're cool!

And the second is a volunteer spotlight for Keiro Ituralde, our Chief Information Officer who is responsible for a lot of the IT decisions we've made behind the scenes, that have proven to be good calls on numerous occasions! The interviewer, SvarOS, poses a few questions that go into a little more about Keiro personally and professionally.

And of course, let us know if you have any questions or comments about this or any other newsletter. We're always happy to discuss more!

Thank you as always for helping support us. And, enjoy!!

Best,
Zennith
