Maiden Icy Rose (Nikke) – 3 votes, 4 points
Rio (Blue Archive) – 15 votes, 25 points
Raiden Shogun (Genshin) – 8 votes, 9 points
Xenovia (DXD) – 19 votes, 23 points
Nia (Xenoblade) – 10 votes, 11 points
Mikasa – 7 votes, 9 points
So, as you can see, despite more people voting for Xenovia, much more higher tier patrons votes for Rio! BA mommy.
So according to rules Rio won in Feb poll! And maybe will do smth small for Xenovia since she got pretty close
