Vayl's Firth - The Shanties, Barracks and Temple
Added 2025-07-03 18:42:52 +0000 UTCI'm back with another big chunk of the city for you. This time, we've got the temple, barracks and the poor district (now called "The Shanties.") There's a separate map of the barracks that includes the upper levels as well.
I made gunpowder-free versions of these maps as well for anyone running a setting in which "artillery" refers to a thing made out of wood. Those aren't posted above, but they're in the files.
Also, before someone asks, there are no wells in the city, only cisterns. I don't know if you could dig a well in a place like this, but it feels like the answer would be no. Also, the mouths of the cisterns are elevated in order to keep seawater from washing into them.
I'm going to start coloring the manor next, which I can probably finish up in two days. I'll be back with that soon. Until then!
