(Island) Shawn proposes the Tower of the Moon, a high citadel inhabited by a formidable elven sorceress at the edge of a high waterfall on the river.
(Island) Dan proposes an isle of crypts, similar to the one depicted in Böcklin's painting Isle of the Dead (link).
(Swamp) Andrew proposes the ruins of something similar to the Hanging Gardens that sunk in and created the swamp.

It would definitely have a more substantial interior beyond just the crypts.
