This is the runoff between the top two winners from each of the previous 3 votes. The proposal you choose will become a location in Tir Thelandira. Unlike the previous ballots, this one may be followed by one or more runoff votes until a clear winner is decided.

Thank you to everyone who proposed ideas! There were a lot of great proposals that didn't make it this far and I hope you'll throw in ideas for the second and third locations after this.

(Island) Shawn proposes the Tower of the Moon, a high citadel inhabited by a formidable elven sorceress at the edge of a high waterfall on the river.

(Swamp) Chad proposes a peat bog, home to the Fire Witch, an ancient elf who resides in a large cottage surrounded by ever-burning pyres of peat.

(Island) Odd proposes a monastery of peaceful ettercaps who make elaborate garments from spidersilk to trade with the elves.

(Island) Dan proposes an isle of crypts, similar to the one depicted in Böcklin's painting Isle of the Dead.

(Island) Jasper proposes that the island is the remains of a giant creature. This is not immediately discernible from outside, but a downward passage leads into the guts of the creature.

(Swamp) Andrew proposes the ruins of something similar to the Hanging Gardens that sunk in and created the swamp.
