Justun proposes a Victorian-style mansion on a lush island. The mansion has "modular" rooms, which can be moved and rearranged.
Shawn proposes a stout castle on a rocky coastal outcropping with a sea cave underneath. A small settlement nearby has shops and a tavern.
Silas proposes a fortress inspired by Poland's Malbork Castle.
