This is somewhat of an update to that old Laos introductory video idea. I wanted to give a bit of a historical overview so all the future stories had more of a backdrop. Plus, I had so much footage of Artigas I kind of had to!

Wonderfully done. I hope your time there allowed you to get to Rivera on the border with Brazil and the city of Santana do Livramento. The international border there goes right down the middle of the main drag. A portion of the street is named after Paul Harris, one of the founders of Rotary International.
